My Nana was a loving, selfless woman with great determination and has been
 such an inspiration to me. I want to give thanks for the good life that
she had with loving friends and family around her. And would like to say
 that she holds a very special place in my heart and I will miss her terribly.

Nana, though you are not here for me to touch I know you are around,
looking after us all just as you always did.
I will think about you always
and you will forever be in my heart.
